I believe in educating the whole child through child directed, hands-on experiences. Every child should feel safe, loved, and welcome within the educational setting. I want to help every child find their voice and grow, not only academically, but socially, emotionally, and physically within my classroom. I will create a positive environment where failure is understood as an opportunity to learn and success is celebrated each and every day. I want my students to learn the power of the word "yet": it is not "I cannot do this," it is "I cannot do this yet, but I am soon going to know how. This single word is so powerful and I will use it to change the mindset of my students.

“My mission is to inspire children to become life long learners, to instill confidence and passion in my students, and to help my students always do their best in order to become the best version of themselves.”
